My latest obsession has been http://wheniwork.com. It's an online employee scheduling software that connects managers and employees to their work schedule using the web, mobile apps and text messaging.

 

Before I was in the technology business, I worked in grocery. The grocery store that I worked at (like most places even today) posted the work schedule on-site and I hated having to call or stop by to check when i work. I remember telling one of the night mananger, I wish I could just check the work schedule online. That is what began my jounrny with http://wheniwork.com

 

12 years later, I finally was able launch the concept and make the task of scheduling easier for managers and convenient for employees.
