Henry Kurkowski is one of the founding partners of eWireless, an Indianapolis based company which develops strategies using WiFi technologies combined with internet marketing methods to advance economic development for businesses and communities. Henry is a veteran of the restaurant and hospitality industry where he gained a number of relationship, marketing, management and interpersonal skills working both in New York and South Florida. Prior to moving to Indianapolis from Fort Lauderdale Henry was part of a boutique commercial finance firm that worked mainly with Native American casinos and property development groups. His main role with this group was helping secure both private equity and traditional financing for projects in the US and the Bahamas
Recently eWireless has launched a new division named One WiFi. The focus of One WiFi is on using WiFi Hotspots as a marketing tool to help enhance social media marketing strategies and opt-in marketing campaigns for multi unit food service operators. One WiFi has a national reach and services both independent operators and franchises helping them meet their unique marketing goals.
As a community minded person Henry volunteers his personal time serving on committees with a number non-profit organizations. Currently he serves as the President of the Board of Trustees for a 38 year old Indianapolis based arts organization. In 2009 Henry was named one the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty and one of Indy’s Best and Brightest in the Field of Technology by the Junior Achievement of Central Indiana.
