John Paré is the Education Director for Pate Dawson Company in Goldsboro, NC.

In this role, John carries out comprehensive analysis of customer’s restaurant operations, and provides customized business solutions designed to increase sales and profits.

John conducts customer seminars on a wide range of restaurant related topics, and serves on the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association Governmental Affairs Committee.

Before entering the distribution business in 2006, John worked for 25+ years in the foodservice industry, as an owner and operator of several full-service, casual themed restaurants.
